On our way back from Beaver Mountain, the Deeganator and I stopped at the Ontario Power Generation trail information sign to learn more about this incredible hydroelectric site hidden in the Northern Ontario wilderness.
From here, you can see the massive work taking place, the fleet of heavy equipment, and the brand-new chute that was replaced last year to help keep the generating station operating efficiently.
It's amazing to think that while most people are out enjoying the trails, there's an entire crew working behind the scenes to keep the power flowing across Ontario. 👷⚡
It's a fascinating stop that blends engineering, history, and the rugged beauty of the North—all in one place.

🚨 STOLEN BOAT – PLEASE SHARE / KEEP AN EYE OUT 🚨

This aluminum boat, pictured here at one of the Montreal River campsites, has reportedly been stolen and the owner has reached out asking for help getting the word out.

If anyone has seen this boat, knows where it may be, or has any information at all, please contact the owner Dawson Morin or myself and I will contact the owner.

On our way back from Beaver Mountain, the Deeganator and I rolled past one of the coolest sights along the trail... what he proudly calls the "Tonka Truck City." 😄🚜
Massive haul trucks, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and countless workers all doing their part to keep this operation running day after day.
For kids, it's a dream come true.
For adults, it's a reminder of the incredible people and machines that help power Northern Ontario. 👊
The CFMOTO CForce 800 gave us a front-row seat to another unforgettable stop on an epic day of exploring.

After conquering the rugged Beaver Mountain trail, the CFMOTO CForce 800 had definitely earned a little cleanup. 😅🛞
So where do you wash off the mud?
At the abandoned mining ghost town of Silver Centre, of course. 👊⛏️
With crystal-clear water, incredible scenery, and over a century of mining history surrounding us, it's one of our favorite places to stop, recharge, and reflect on another unforgettable Northern Ontario adventure.
Some places are more than just a stop on the trail... they're a connection to the past.
We'll never pass up an excuse to visit Silver Centre. 🌲💥

The Deeganator and I took a break at one of Cobalt's most scenic roadside stops while exploring on the CFMOTO CForce 800. 👊
This peaceful little lake, the newly built walking bridge, and the gentle creek make it a place that's hard to drive past without stopping.
What many people don't realize is that the lake is surrounded by the area's rich mining history, with old tailings serving as a reminder of the silver boom that helped put Cobalt on the map over 100 years ago.
Sometimes you don't have to venture deep into the wilderness to appreciate the beauty of Northern Ontario. Some of the best views are waiting just off the main road.

Today is about celebrating every father, stepdad, grandfather, foster dad, and father figure who shows up, works hard, and does their best to make life a little better for the people they love.

Whether you're teaching your kids how to ride a bike, cast a fishing line, throw a football, change a tire, or simply leading by example every single day... thank you.

The greatest adventures in life aren't always found on a trail—they're the moments we spend making memories with our families.

📸 Sometimes you've just got to stop, take it all in, and appreciate where the trail has taken you. 🌲👊

The Deeganator and I made a couple of pit stops during our Beaver Mountain expedition to grab a drink, snap a few photos, and soak in the incredible Northern Ontario scenery.

These are the moments that make every muddy trail, rocky climb, and kilometer on the CFMOTO CForce 800 worth it. It's not always about reaching the destination... sometimes it's about the memories you make along the way.

More adventures are just around the corner! 🛞🏔️

Just when we thought the adventure was winding down, the Deeganator and I spotted something that made us hit the brakes. 👀
Hidden just off the trail near the abandoned mining town of Silver Centre was another old mining site with a large open hole, signs of collapsed structures, and evidence that someone had tried filling it in years ago.
It makes you wonder what once stood here... and how many stories have been buried beneath the ground over the last century.
That's the beauty of exploring Northern Ontario on the CFMOTO CForce 800—you never know what piece of history is waiting around the next bend. 🌲⛏️🛞
Another unforgettable day. Another incredible discovery.

Not every adventure has to be about deep mud, impossible trails, or chasing a destination.
Sometimes it's about hopping on the CFMOTO CForce 800, cruising the STAC trail system, breathing in the fresh Northern Ontario air, and enjoying the ride. 👊🌲
Blue skies, winding trails, the sound of the engine, and miles of beautiful wilderness... this is what ATV riding is all about.
