🎒❤️ Operation Backpack Fundraiser ❤️🎒

Golden Horseshoe Credit Union is proud to support Operation Backpack in conjunction with USW Hamilton Steelworkers.

For 17 years, Operation Backpack has helped children in our community start the school year with a backpack filled with the supplies they need. This year, the goal is 2,000 backpacks or $68,000.

Donations are down this year, and a major sponsor has been lost, but we know our community can still come together and make a difference.

Every donation helps. Whether it’s $5, $10, $20, $50, or whatever you can afford, your support can help put a smile on a child’s face and support a family getting ready for the school year.

Well done to the Penguin athletes who competed amongst the best Ontario Boccia athletes these past few days.

🔴Joshua Gautier won 5 out of 6 games, only losing once in the finals.
🐧2nd Place in BC3

🔵Julian Caverley won 4 out of 6 games
🐧3rd Place in BC2

⚪️Jim Davis won 2 out of 4 games
🐧5th Place in BC2
