Isaac Olowolafe Jr. is an award-winning real estate entrepreneur, venture capitalist and philanthropist and 2025 recipient of The King Charles 111 Coronation Medal.

On a professional level, the Development division celebrated the completion of the first major mixed-use development (condos, townhomes, retail) called Dream Residences at Yorkdale, located directly across from Yorkdale Mall, and launched Dream Suites @ YYZ, a boutique hotel near Pearson International Airport. Through his love of sports, Dream Developments became the jersey sponsor of Canada’s Men’s and Women’s National Basketball Teams from 2017 to 2020.

Isaac obtained a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Toronto. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, including a Harry Jerome Business Award, an Enterprise Business Award by Planet Africa, an Arbor Award from the University of Toronto, a Business Leadership Award by Leadership and Governance Canada Inc., a Public Service Award from the Transformation Institute for Leadership & Innovation, and Toronto Board of Trade Award.

On a Philanthropic side with Dream Legacy Foundation. He launched his first endowment at the University of Toronto’sAfrican Studies program over ten years ago, and since then has joined membership in the Toronto Metropolitan University Innovation Circle, also a generous donation which named the Isaac Olowolafe Jr. Digital Media Experience Lab in TMU’s iconic Student Learning Centre. Uche George Okugo is a Social Entrepreneur, Economic Developer, and Community Leader dedicated to connecting people, markets, and opportunities across continents. As Brampton’s Lead for Investment Attraction from Africa and the Caribbean, he helps bring global business to the city.

He founded the Network of Nigerians in Canada leading milestones such as Nigeria’s first International Democracy Day recognition in Brampton (2019) and the historic first Nigerian flag-raising at Ontario’s Queen’s Park (2023).
A Rotarian since 2006, Uche is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Brampton, a Major Donor, and District Governor Elect for Rotary International District 7080, where he will oversee 45 clubs and 1,300 Rotarians from July 2026. He also serves on the Brampton Mayor’s Black Advisory Council and as a Director at the Nigeria Immigrant Welcome Centre.
His contributions have earned him multiple awards, including recognition from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the Power of Inclusion Award, and a spot among MIPAD’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Trade and Investment.
