📍Location: Jasper National Park

Story: In Sept following the 2024 Jasper wildfire, the landscape began to recover quickly. This bench might be a testament to the resillience of Jasper----while the landscape around it burned, the bench seemed to have also---perhaps the protective varnish only burned, but the bench somehow survived and still stands at the confluence of the MIette and Athabasca Rivers at the former Pugh homestead site.
