We cut a massive hole in the roof! 🚐

This pass through allows us to go directly from the living space into the carbon fiber hard-sided tent/second bedroom! We designed and 3D printed a gasketed fl**ge to seal off the space between the roof and tent. ⛺️

This has been a game changer for us but we will be removing it soon and swapping on the rectangle carbon fiber electric lift tent instead! Would you install a tent like this?

Scan ➡️ Model ➡️ Print ➡️ No more mud 💪🏼

My electric dirtbike needed a mud flap so I 3D scanned the area using the Sermoon P1, modelled in Fusion and printed on the Bambu Lab H2C at 0.16 mm layer height using Eryone3d_official ASA.

Custom Switch Panel Mount📱

I removed the sunglasses holder and scanned the console using the 3DeVOK MT scanner in IR Hybrid Alignment mode (no spray or markers needed), modelled in fusion 360 and printed on the H2S at 0.2 mm layer height using sirayatech ASA-GF. I ordered the blank can bus switch panel from Sonne Power and engraved using the laserpecker LP5 fiber laser. This switch panel will control all of our exterior lights via relays on the .way In Out X Pro.
