Kass took the FLY FM Summer Hyundai Santa Fe out for the United Way's Day of Caring today, helping tackle some gardening projects and hanging out with volunteers during lunch.

Queen St and Princess St in Kingston were on the list of this year’s Ontario’s worst roads according to CAA. Queen came in 4th in Eastern Ontario, Princess was 5th.

Leveque Rd in South Frontenac dethroned County Rd 49 in Prince Edward County for the worst road in the region.

But none of them cracked the Top-10 for all of Ontario. The top spot belonged to Barton St E in Hamilton.

Ben: Great day to help great causes! The 18th annual Secura Financial Group golf tournament in support of Société Alzheimer Society of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, ALS Canada, and SecuraWish is underway at Colonnade Golf & Country Club. Awesome to see members of The Tragically Hip and Kingston Frontenacs, along with Habs great Kirk Muller and so many other locals hitting the links. The tournament has raised over $450,000 over the years - here’s hoping it’s yet another hugely successful day. ⛳️

Reid and Ben: Such a nice reunion! After we spoke to a Napanee mom who lost her baby’s medical helmet, Jacob Nathan Home Furnishings & Accessories stepped in to help. We wanted to reunite everyone involved and our friends at Wheat Kings Bakery offered up some of their fantastic treats as a thank you to Jacob Nathan for their kindness. This is one of our fave stories of the year and a reminder of what a great community of small businesses we have in Kingston. 🙌

A group of students from Kingston took home some hardware (and some money) at the 2026 Canada-Wide Science Fair in Edmonton.

Liam Desre (KSS), Ryan Varma (Calvin Park PS), Shail Patel (LCVI), Anjali Patel (LCVI), and Alexandra Xu (Calvin Park PS) represented the Frontenac Lennox & Addington region at the event.

Liam will be off to Germany representing Canada at the European Union of Young Scientists 2026.
