🏕️ Camping close to home!

We had such a great weekend at Landings Campground! Only about 15 minutes from town, but it genuinely feels like you’ve gotten away for the weekend. ☀️🌲

The kids had an absolute BLAST — between the beautiful waterfront, the pool, and the full inflatable obstacle course, they were entertained for hours. 😂 And one of my favourite parts? Even with lots for the kids to do, the park itself was so peaceful and quiet.
They have both seasonal and serviced sites, making it such an easy little getaway without having to drive hours out of town.

Definitely one to add to your summer camping list! 🏕️💦🌿

Sometimes the best road trip stops aren't the drive-thrus. 🚗🥪

On Saturday we had a two-hour drive to Sarnia and decided to take the back roads, so I finally made a quick stop at for some car snacks.

I had no idea how much they carried! Fresh bread, freezer meals, sauces, chips, snacks, deli items, meats, and so much more. It ended up being such a better option than grabbing fast food, and it gave us another chance to support local while we were on the road.

This was just a quick stop, but I'll definitely be back to do a proper grocery shop.

If you're passing through New Hamburg, it's worth checking out! 💚

Victoria Park is one of our favourite spots in KW. 💚 We've made so many great memories here over the years, and it's always one of our go-to places to spend a morning with the kids.
