With over 8 years in the modeling industry across Canada, Hailey Grunow has built more than just a career — she’s built community, confidence, and a passion for change.

Her journey began on runways and in campaigns, but her heart found home in working with local businesses and supporting fresh talent on Vancouver Island. From helping beginners build their portfolios to mentoring rising stars, she’s committed to making modeling more inclusive and empowering.
