Catch video from the last Walleye Wednesday fish for today’s Walleye Wednesday!

This fish couldn’t resist the 1 oz Smelt coloured Shiver Minnow by Epic Fishing Tackle! Coupled with my other gear from Moxy’s Bait & Tackle, we got it done. Despite getting tangled in the net on the solo netting attempt, I recovered and landed this hog!

Last week Myself, my Dad, Tyler, and Greg spent a week at Northern Walleye Lodge on Dog Lake in Missinabie ON!

From the gorgeous scenery and the endless fish, to the wonderful accommodations and effort of the owners to make our stay top notch, this was a once in a life time experience to say the least.

They have an excellent guiding service available in fishingwithzak/Zak Prenger, whose lake and fishing expertise won’t leave you disappointed!

This trip was truly amazing, beating pb’s left, right, and center just slamming fish, while basking in the amazing sights surrounding us everyday and night.

Biggest Lake Trout - 34.25” 16lbs 12oz
Biggest walleye - 30.25” 8lbs 7oz
Biggest pike - 35” bycatch

If you can ever visit this drive to/boat in lodge in Northern Ontario, do so. You will not regret it.
This will be a yearly trip for us now from here on out
