I got to tell you when I found Chat GPT, it changed my entire world for writing better captions, email scripts, and shortened the time I needed to spend on researching different topics.

2. It can get to capacity quickly if too many people are using it. So if it's not working for you give it a moment and refresh!

Stuck on what to post this week? Does this sound familiar?

It’s all a matter of knowing who your ideal client is, what are their interests, what would push them away, what would draw them in?

There’s so much to knowing your ideal client, but it's actually really easy once you know. Change the way you think about your social media feed by thinking like your ideal client - what content would they REALLY want to see and what QUESTIONS would they need answered? Once you’re on a roll thinking like your ideal client, content ideas will just roll to you - you’ll literally start seeing ideas everywhere once you know the basics.

Much like this example: You'll start making connections when you're standing in line waiting for your coffee, use your favourite local coffee shop as a community spotlight post - make it personal and share what your coffee order is, and tag the shop in your post. Even better, turn it into a reel to maximize your engagement, and ask viewers how they like their coffee!

So get your pen and paper out, or open a Google Word Doc (for you tech pros out there) and start listing what makes your ideal client, and GO! Spoiler Alert: Your audience isn't interested in following a feed filled with just real estate listings and market stats. They want more than that!

If you’re going to create content that resonates with your audience, you need to identify your ideal client! Who are they, and what interests them? What questions do they have that you can answer?

Once you have a clear picture of your ideal client, you can create content that will inspire, educate, engage, and entertain them. Don't be afraid to get creative with your content. Share stories of successful homebuyers or sellers, post photos of your favorite local spots, or create how-to guides for first-time homebuyers. The possibilities are endless!

There's so many reasons why templates are awesome!
1/ Save your time and effort - probably the #1 most important of them all!
2/ More focus on valuable content, instead of spending your precious time recreating a graphic every time
3/ More cohesive and consistent look on your social feeds
4/ Branding stays steady every time you post
5/ Your audience will know who you are and what your purpose is, and all they would need to see is your graphic!
