Instant one pot poha recipe

# # ๐Ÿฅฃ **Poha Recipe (Easy & Tasty)**

# # # **Ingredients:**

* 1.5 cups poha (flattened rice)
* 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* 1โ€“2 green chilies, chopped
* 1/4 cup peanuts
* 8โ€“10 curry leaves
* 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tbsp oil
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp sugar (optional)
* Lemon juice (ยฝ lemon)
* Fresh coriander for garnish

# # # **Instructions:**

1. **Rinse Poha**
Rinse poha in a strainer for 5โ€“10 seconds. Drain excess water.
Sprinkle a little salt + sugar and gently mix. Let it sit.

2. **Prepare the Tempering**
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds โ†’ let them splutter.
Add peanuts โ†’ roast until crunchy.
Add onion, chilies & curry leaves โ†’ sautรฉ till onions turn soft.

3. **Add Spices & Poha**
Add turmeric and mix.
Add soaked poha and gently toss everything together.

4. **Steam & Finish**
Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Turn off heat โ†’ squeeze lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
