A great day of music no matter what the weather brought.
Just like in Ireland, a little sun, a little cloudy and a little sprinkle of rain on a day of Irish celebrations.

Forest City Irish Fest held an event today in Wortley Village. Full of musical acts, vendors, some representatives from city council, Irish dancers, a few Irish Wolfhounds and many people, young and old enjoining the festivities.

The Paddy Murphy's Ghost band and the Alan Lynch & Lisa Reilly band played where we sat. There were 4 stages set up with bands playing till 5pm.

I even got to try a sample of an amazing Irish wh***ey from Tullamore D. E. W., which is sold here in local LCBO store. I am not a wh***ey drinker (not much of a drinker to begin with) and I must say it was lovely. Very smooth and not strong or harsh).
