Happy Christmas morning 🎄

Jason’s family has always celebrated Christmas a little differently. Before we came home from the Philippines last year, he shared that for the past 15 years or so, Christmas was spent with his dad and brother Jeff—usually eating out, often at Swiss Chalet because of their Christmas menu.

Last year, we started a new tradition and celebrated Christmas at home, but at dinner time on December 25—which was very new to me.

Fast forward to today, and I couldn’t hide my excitement. Seeing Jr’s gifts under the tree and opening his very first one this morning felt extra special. The rest we’re saving for later at dinner—slowly creating traditions that are now ours. 🎁✨
