Stop asking when it’s going to happen.

That question pulls you out of trust and into control.

I remember feeling like there was always something I feel should fix first.

A way I should look, something I should improve, reaching for a better and improved version of me that felt just out of reach.

It can feel like once you finally get there, your life will make sense.

That mindset can take over, especially when you’re used to putting yourself last or trying to meet expectations that were never really yours.

Enough starts to feel like a moving target.

What changes things isn’t finally getting everything right. It’s noticing how much of your energy has gone into believing you weren’t already good enough.

Healing is not about proving you are finally worthy.
You already are.🌿

There may have been a time when you looked to the relationship to tell you who you were.

How loved you felt.
Whether you felt chosen and loved.
How much of yourself you were allowed to be.

You used to adapt. Hide parts of you and slowly became the you who kept things working.

But then something shifts 💫

You start to know yourself in a way that isn’t dependent on who stays or how they show up.

You stop asking the relationship to define you…
and start bringing a version of you that already knows who you are.

You are a daughter of God and worthy of abundant joy, peace, love, happiness, and relationships that help you feel emotionally safe.🌸

That’s knowing changes everything.
Because now it’s not about being chosen.
You already are!

It’s about who can actually meet you there.

When did you forget who you are? Or did you?

Signs you might have slowly disconnected from yourself:

• You stay quiet and more agreeable just to avoid conflict.

• You overthink your emotions before expressing them or don’t express them at all.

• Asking for what you need feels uncomfortable or selfish.

• Keeping everyone else happy has become more important than being honest about how you feel.

• You no longer feel fully relaxed being yourself around other people. 😔

Keeping the peace may have made others comfortable, but it also meant parts of you stayed unseen, hidden. 😔

The right people won’t need you to shrink, and being fully yourself will show you who actually belongs and deserves to be in your presence..
