First client walked in at 8:55am and last client walked out at 7:55pm ✨ $2200 in service revenue, $225 in retail sales and 100% of my clients pre-booked. ✌🏻️ If you want to see those numbers in one day then you better work for someone who's done it themselves so they can coach you and lead you to it. 🔥

Before y'all ask, no, I don't have a personal assistant, but I did use our salon assistant 3 times today for shampoos. And this was an odd day where I had no extension clients, so it was all colour clients. (7 root touch ups and one maintenance highlight)

This Industry can give you anything you want but the first step is knowing exactly what it is you want. 👀

For me, I want to show my team that $6000 weeks and $25,000 months are possible. (with time to eat 2 meals and drink a ton of water and have a coffee mid day) ✌🏻️

If this isn’t the goal of salon ownership, I don’t know what is. 4 segments on TV being filmed at INDUSTRY HAIR CO. | Milton, On | Hair Colour & Extensions while I’m here in Greece looking at a 3000+ year old monument sitting on the roof top of my hotel enjoying a glass of w**e.

Let me remind you that this is year 14 in business… and this hasn’t always been the case but I built industry this way from the ground up when I opened it nearly 5 years ago.

I built it to not rely on me being in the building, I built it to not rely on me being behind the chair, and I filled it with strong, independent woman who don’t need hand holding.

So, I’ll sit back and let this incredible team of mine shine on TV because they deserve the spotlight... Not me!!!!! ✨

I hear it all the time. “My owner doesn’t push me.” “My salon doesn’t invest in me.” “If my leader cared more, I’d grow more.” And look, a strong leader matters. One who meets with you monthly, pushes you, encourages your growth, and actually shows up for your career. That makes a real difference.

But even with the best leader in the world, no one can hold your hand and do the work for you. You have to want it more than your owner wants it for you. That’s the part nobody says out loud, but it’s the whole truth of it. 👀

Any stylist can take bold, actionable steps toward the career they actually want. New skills, new clientele, a new direction. But you have to want it and be willing to work for it.

We can’t all be good at everything 🫣 But in all seriousness; learning to use this camera has had its challenges and I could have given up, but I don’t!!! Week after week, I pull it out and get clips for my team, and this week I sat down to make the video and realized I wasn’t filming when I wanted to and was filming when I didn’t think I was. Sooooo…. Please enjoy and use it as a reminder that even if you suck at something keep going and don't ever give up!✌🏼

A few weeks back, I was on a call with Davines & Phorest, and the CEO of Phorest was sharing some pretty incredible stats on salon teams who track their numbers vs. those who don't!!!! It was a calm reminder why I'm doing what I'm doing; not only for my team but for me and for the future of my company!!!!

I've been saying it for a while but this is just the beginning, I didn't open Industry to stop at one salon, I opened it to create a legacy for my kids, and to show my two boys how to work for the things you dream of doing, because anything is possible if you're willing to do the work.

2027 is going to be here before we know it and Industry 2.0 will be born... No idea when, where, or how yet, but it'll be!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Ps. This call reminded me that the hard things I'm doing now and my investment into learning is the foundation of everything that's to come. ✌🏻️
