A few weeks back, I was on a call with Davines & Phorest, and the CEO of Phorest was sharing some pretty incredible stats on salon teams who track their numbers vs. those who don't!!!! It was a calm reminder why I'm doing what I'm doing; not only for my team but for me and for the future of my company!!!!

I've been saying it for a while but this is just the beginning, I didn't open Industry to stop at one salon, I opened it to create a legacy for my kids, and to show my two boys how to work for the things you dream of doing, because anything is possible if you're willing to do the work.

2027 is going to be here before we know it and Industry 2.0 will be born... No idea when, where, or how yet, but it'll be!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Ps. This call reminded me that the hard things I'm doing now and my investment into learning is the foundation of everything that's to come. ✌🏻️

Such a simple thing but a really hard thing when you've taught your team that "one client at a time" is best. Knowing what my team was capable of and guiding them to be set up for success was important here. ✌🏻️ Change can be hard for some, but sometimes it's necessary to utilize the time behind the chair. 🤍
