In a government subsidised bank, customers are forced to wait for hours where a person decided to make a video and aware everyone. A Branch manager tries to stop the person making video stating "videography is prohibited" where the person denies and asks important questions, Most of questions remained unanswered pointing reason videography not allowed.
As per RBI, The bank can set own rules for security reasons but there is no official rule or guideline is issued specifically stating "videography prohibited in bank".
As seen in video, The person is not recording and violating any security rules as he is recording video for evidence purposes.
