LIVE SKETCHING snippets from the 166th King’s Plate at .
What a privilege to be called as a Live Artist for North America’s most prestigious race! 💖 People donned their finest attire and showed up to the paddock party area where I sat and sketched away! By the end of the event they could take this mini keepsake home which fit perfectly in their purses!

I had the best time drawing everyone’s beautiful dresses💖 More photos to come ✨

For this event i designed the template to match the event’s branding and it came out gorgeous!!! Thank you so much Holt Renfrew for having me! While I’m not doing live illustrations at their location today, the beauty party is still on with some other fun activations. ✨

Weekend bottle painting at store located at 💖✨ Had so much fun attending their Almond Soirée event which was to basically celebrate the launch of their Almond body oils and mists!

The store was filled with fragrant aroma of almonds and almond flowers and I loved being there.

Live Guest Sketches for your big events! I get this question asked a lot where clients are confused if they want the digital option vs the traditional watercolour style. Earlier this year, I was not offering the watercolour style but I’ve now added it as a ✨permanent✨ offering!

This post isn’t about one service being better than the other however, it clears up WHY one service is better suited than the other for a certain event. 😊

Let me break the two styles down for you:

DIGITAL STYLE: Drawn on the iPad and then printed on a 4x6 photo paper. This is ideal for when you have lesser guests/attendees at your activation. This can be used for larger guest counts too but printing takes a while, so there will be a wait time along with an additional printing cost. ☺️ With this service you can request digital files as well.

Traditional Watercolour Style:
Ideal for weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, events that have larger guest counts. Since this service has more art material, I request clients for a slightly larger work station. Illustrations are ready by the end of the event and guests can pick their sketches when they are leaving. Please note: If you require branding printed on the watercolour paper, I do add a production fee. 😊

Kicking off the Summer with my first Wedding event of the season. 💖 Sketched so many lovely people at Julie-Anne and John’s wedding that took place at over the weekend!

Loved every moment of being there to draw all the sweet guests. ✨ Can’t wait to show you guys the BTS of my sketching process!

Custom Watercolour guest portraits at .fashion.institute ‘s Mother’s Day event. 💖

I can’t believe I painted live watercolour guest sketches within minutes! I can’t exactly remember but it was 5 minutes per sketch. ✍️ I have always found painting therapeutic so just sitting at an event with my paint palette and watercolour sheets was so refreshing.

Throwback to an office party that matched my brand entirely! ✨

A few months ago I was asked to come to Seattle to draw at an exclusive and private office party for a company. The venue, the dresses, decor and live entertainment was out of this world! Someone here was a true Bridgerton fan and they decided to go all out with the planning!

So much that the only artist who they wanted for live sketching was myself, even though I wasn’t US based! 💖 For me drawing at a Bridgerton themed event was a huge thing and it worked out.

Sometimes it really doesn’t matter if a live artist is not based locally. All that matters is their work! That’s what this gig made me believe✨ If you told me this a year ago, I would not believe a word!

Event planners, you need to start doing Bridgerton themed parties 🙈

Live Fashion Illustrations In collaboration with .fashion.institute and last Friday at their Mother’s Day Event “Sip, Shop and Schmooze”

I usually do digital fashion illustrations and then print them on site but for this event I wanted to try something different. So I decided to pack all my traditional painting materials like watercolours, pens, markers and took a different route! Yes! I did live water colour fashion illustrations for guests.

The venue was Toronto’s gorgeous and the event happened in their terrace room on the 17th floor which caught the glimpse of Toronto’s gorgeous skyline! I’m a sucker for sunsets so catching the golden hour that high up in the sky was magical! We got served with the most delicious finger foods and met some inspiring women.

I am very limited and picky when it comes to being a vendor at events, but I chose to collaborate with Klaudia and Erica because of their hospitality and kindness towards women entrepreneurs. It was a delight to be here and I enjoyed painting you all in your gorgeous attires!

✨My favourite part is when you come to pick your artwork and are awestruck. Those reactions are priceless! 😅
