There have been a lot of unpredictable life events that have happened over the past few months. One of which was my son almost losing his life due to health complications, among other things.

I haven't given up on this platform, I just needed to process it all in silence.

I hope to bring you new content in the new year, if it aligns with my walk.

Lemon Lime Water with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
If I had Cilantro and mint, I'd add that too for bonus detoxification.

This drink helps break down mucous, aids the bloat get through the lymphatic system, and it is so good for the health of the liver and pancreas!

This will likely be my go to refreshment throughout the summer months 🌞⛱️

Saturday was Armwrestling Provincials 2025 and here are the videos.
Women's Right hand matches are in the beginning of the video, and the left hand matches are about 34 minutes into the video.
I ended up fouling out on my left and didn't place, unfortunately 😓 I got 2nd place on my right.
I did the training, I did all I could, but ultimately, my mind wasn't quite in the right place.
I was definitely bummed out but I know sports like this, take time.

I did get the Woman's match of the day though!

I haven't done a whole lot of tournaments lately so I was definitely rusty but if I compare myself to my last tournament, I have definitely improved in hand control.

Back to the grind!
