I went into this feeling pretty good already, which honestly made the results what they were. If I were doing this again, I’d save it for a brutal hangover or a stretch of real burnout.
My take: this feels like something that probably works best with consistency over months or years and maybe in a few days I’ll feel differently - but as a one-off when you’re already fine? I dunno.
If you have the disposable income to invest in recovery and self-care, you’d probably love it. If you’re expecting a dramatic before-and-after in one session, maybe not.
So here’s the real question: is this actually good value, or just a luxury placebo? And would you try it?
