What kind of mental midget do you have to be to think ending provincial vet care is a good idea.
Try getting a sick animal into one of these private veterinary clinics. They’re to busy for immediate treatment. No one except the provincial veterinarian will see poultry. I know, I called all of them in my area.
Now imagine you have a 🐄 worth $1000’s or possibly tens of thousands for something show quality. You’re going to be up that famous creek without a paddle. And not only the farmer suffers but so does public health. Pandemic preparedness my 🫏.
The cost of provincial veterinarian services is a drip from the teat compared to the what farmers contribute to New Brunswick’s GDP. For people who work 7 days a week they sure get shafted. I’m sure it’s not because the Minister of Agriculture is a clueless vegan.
Amazing how NB went from a possible 2% HST cut to a spiraling deficit, education cuts and lowered requirements to become an educator.
It’s always the people who refer to other people as uneducated, lesser, unqualified, biased or deceitful, that prove themselves to be exactly that.
