Happy Birthday to me 🎂

2023: A Life Changing Year:

As I look back at 2023, I am eternally grateful.

I learned some of the hardest lessons when I committed my life to helping others. People I deeply idolized & respected, people I worked with, & people I loved who their masks fell off when it came to helping others.

I‘d be lying if I say it didn’t affect me.

It broke me. The lack of humanity I saw in humans.

But it also pushed me to grow in so many ways faster than I ever imagined.

Since then, magical doors opened…

Since then, I went from almost being homeless, losing my home & everything I own, to being able to keep a roof over my head.

Since then, in 120 days, we reached over 35 Million people. Since then, Loves Operations grew into 3 companies and was featured on TV, offered sponsorships, & many opportunities.

Since then, I met some of the most amazing people with pure intentions who want to help out of love in their hearts

Since then door after door kept opening - it feels so unreal.

Here’s what I learned:

Being kind is the most beautiful thing you can do

Yet it is the hardest thing to consistently do because it takes work, humility, & rising above one’s ego to do so.

It takes a special level of vulnerability to give back, and unconditionally love regardless of how they treat you.

& so, we deny, deflect, & run away instead of communicating because it’s easier to run away & avoid than confront things head on & grow.

Last year, ppl’s inhumanity almost made me lose my light. I became like them, another robot with a fake mask.

But I refuse to live in a fake reality like that.

I refuse to be a fraud.

I’ll always be real ❤️

In the end, money, status, & all the shiny stuff aren’t what we take to our graves.

It’s the love we have for one another and the impact we made on people that they will remember.

I am so grateful for every person I’ve crossed paths with in 2023 🌟.

You made me the strongest version of myself. You taught me to still choose kindness thru your darkness

I was being tested. And I passed the test.

My heart is full of Love ❤️

I am so grateful 🥹. Thank you. Thank you.

🎥 CityNews Montreal released an article on our World Kindness Day Not for Profit Project 🌍

Close to 300 Homeless People fed, provided with clothing, winter gear, emergency essentials, and more in 2 hours!

Big thank you to Homeless Outreach Montreal, Om Metta, and all our Montreal not for profit partners, Montreal Creators, and amazing humans who came together to make this happen!

Did you know, Nov. 13 is World Kindness Day? To honour it, CityNews is highlighting these Montrealers who are constantly doing acts of kindness in the community.

Wear: something PINK
Place: we meet at the Leonardo DaVinci Centre in Saint-Leonard

The centre is simply our meeting spot where you will create kindness notes to after go hand out when you do your acts of kindness ❤️

Participants will have to film/take a photo of their kind initiative then send it to me ❤️ This will be put in a video posted here & the ’s page.

Once you’re done your act of kindness you can continue on with your day 😘❤️ No meeting point after - just before ✨

What a crazy last 5 months. So much has changed. The people around me, the pictures I put up on my walls, what I spend each day doing. So much love, so much good energy, and so much abundance has been flowing…I am so grateful 🥹💙.

5 months ago I hit the lowest point of my life in a long time and I didn’t think there was a way out. I decided to lead with Love and not let anything distract me from that. And the universe delivered more love, more abundance, more health, and more freedom.

The next chapter is a big one. I’ve held back from starting a lot of big projects because I wanted to satisfy so many people involved in helping spread kindness but I decided to let go of that continue leading with love. And trusting that the universe will put the right people in the right time to help us further our mission of spreading kindness & healing ❤️‍🩹

Thank you to everyone who has donated, liked, commented, and supported in any way. You are the reason this community exists and you are the reason we will be able continue raising awarenesss and spread kindness ❤️.

I can’t wait to share with you what’s coming. It’s been so hard keeping it under the wraps for so many months 😅!!!
