Here’s who Docfrat is;
Formerly known as Krøna, Doc Frat is a 14-year veteran who has spent the last decade igniting dancefloors across his native Quebec, from underground venues to arenas, warehouses, and nightclubs throughout the province. He headlined countless events and shared the stage with industry heavyweights like OMNOM, Dave Summer, DLMT (DANSYN), Ryan Shepherd, and Cheat Codes, just to name a few. Beyond the booth, his work as a promoter and talent buyer cemented his role in shaping the scene—most notoriously as one of the three masterminds behind Montreal’s infamous Empire Thursdays, a series of wild, unrelenting parties that left a mark on the city’s nightlife.
Now in 2025, Doc Frat steps into a new chapter, rebranding his musical identity and honing his production craft. His high-tempo sound—fusing garage, techno, house and urban influences—drives his electrifying, technically precise performances. He joins the Purple Tea Records family as the new host of the Purple Infusion Show starting in June!
