Some records just never leave you. 🌙

"Mujer Policia" by Los Amigos Invisibles — from their iconic album Arepa 3000 — is one of those tracks. I first heard it years ago in a little town called San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. I was working as a waiter, but also the one picking the music. I remember putting this track on repeat, over and over again. Something about it just hit different. Maybe it’s that fantasy of crossing paths with a beautiful police woman you simply can’t resist... hehe 😄

Fast forward to today — I’m beyond happy to present my very first edit, launched on Records, a Montreal-based label I deeply respect and that consistently brings forward incredible artists from around the world.

Production is new territory for me, but my years as a DJ have taught me how music is built — how energy flows, how a groove breathes. This edit is my first step into that world, and I’m proud of it.

A huge thank you to my friend and artist Barrera for the support, the tricks and the guidance on the structure of this edit. You’re the real one. 🙏

And thank you all for your support — it means everything.
