On New Year’s Eve, I was tasked with DJing at a restaurant to bring in 2025. I went in with the confidence of 1000 Kwabzs. Unfortunately for me, Tidal had other plans. You see, I generally connect to the internet and make my mixes on the spot depending on the energy of the place. Tidal, however, decided to have an outage which didn’t allow me to mix some of the tracks I knew would turn the place on it’s head. Managed to spin some tracks off a USB but it wasn’t quite what I wanted so here’s the mix that most likely would’ve came out on NYE had I been able to utilize the subscription service I pay for every month. Somebody get Jay Z on the line.
Also, pivoting to video content. There’s just something really uncomfortable for me in this one so starting with the next mix, you’ll have accompanying video as well
