ery happy to announce renegade rave day party, a new edition of a free event I've been wanting to co-create for a while now, based around offering incredible sound for free in a place you wouldn't expect to find it in the city of montreal.

Featuring Ottawas own .soundsystem, make sure to come early as I it's always possible that we're asked to stop the event early. You're not often going to have the opportunity to hear this system for free so you don't want to miss this.

I've been shaped a lot by burning man culture which is all around creating beautiful surprising experiences that put you in a state of awe and this event is definitely within that vein.

*UNOFFICIAL FUTURE FOREST PRE-PARTY* featuring Miss Emly & Carbon Logic playing at this years festival, as well as Wizdom a FF veteran, get ready for a charcuterie board of some of our favourite genres provided by top quality selectas.

This event is being fully funded out of pocket by the organisers for the love of the scene and so theres a strong possibility that its the only iteration of this event!

Starting off with fun bouncy UKG day party energy, the journey will take you into bass house in the evening and D&B to finish the night, with each selecta offering their unique twist on the genres.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT: very excited to be welcoming .kio.mtl to the stage from 1:00-2:00am at .la.recre on May 9th for UKGarage Takeover.

Kio has been a foundational key to the montreal UKGarage scene, being the head organizer at UKG 514 at Barbossa, an awesome initiative/project bringing more of the same spaces as were creating here.

With a rich background in jungle and dupstep, her set is sure to take us through a journey. You can catch her recent all women artist jungle set on her soundcloud linked for national women's day to get a taste.

Guys, first event was a blast

Now we're doing it again

Are you tired of bad djs on poor soundsystems? Me too

First event we brought the music and people loved it, now we've upgraded the soundsystem to give you the full package you deserve

Were gonna be rocking the Turbosound system, featuring 2 TMS4's, 2 TMS2's, and some big chunky TSE 218 dual 18 in subwoofers to deliver UKGarage the way it was meant to be heard, with heavy basslines.

and to make it as accessible as possible, im keeping tickets at only 10$, or dice game at the door, but seriously limited capacity so no guarantees if you wait
