ලැබුවාව මේ අවුරුද්ද
සියලු දෙනාට සාමය සතුට නිරෝගී බව ලැබෙන
අවුරුද්දක්ම වේවා !

ඉතින් අපි හැමෝම පුළුවන් විදියට අවුරුදු සමරනවා
විවිධාකාරයෙන් එයට ලෑස්ති වෙනවා කෑම බීම හදනවා පවුලේ ටික දෙනෙක් හිටියත් අපි කරන පොඩි දේ පවා පුළුවන් උපරිම දේ අපි සතුටින් කරන්න උත්සාහ කරනවා.
ඉතින් මේ අවුරුද්දේ කාට හරි අවුරුද්ද ඔබ හිතන විදියට සමරන්නේ නොහැකි වුණා නම් ලබන අවුරුද්දේ එය හිතුවාටත් වඩා හොඳින් කරගැනීමට හැකිවේවා කියා මා ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරනවා.

So, we all celebrate the New Year in the best way we can
We prepare for it in various ways, prepare food and drink, and even if there are only a few people in the family, we try to do the little things we do with the best possible happiness.
So, if this year, someone was not able to celebrate the New Year the way you thought, I hope that next year you will be able to do it better than you thought.
