Today’s AHA! ✨

Dear public diary,

For ages, food and I had a weird thing. Didn’t hate it—just didn’t care. Eating felt like a chore. I never really noticed how different foods made me feel. Honestly, I thought it was too late to reconnect with my body, too late to feel the difference.

But lately, something’s shifted. After eating simple things—beans, fresh veggies, fruit—there’s this warmth. Real food. And when I’m full, my whole body relaxes.

In those quiet moments, everything else fades.
Just that feeling of being fed.
Of being okay.
Of being whole again.
