The Azrieli Music Prizes unveil the fifth volume in Analekta’s ‘New Jewish Music’ series. Celebrating excellence in music composition across four world premiere choral recordings it spotlights the 2024 Laureates: Jordan Nobles, Josef Bardanashvili, Yair Klartag, and Juan Trigo. Conductor Andrew Megill is joined by the chorus and instrumentalists from the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal.

Three Analekta artists were named winners this weekend at the 29th Opus Awards Gala held by the CQM - Conseil québécois de la musique!

Pianist Charles Richard-Hamelin’s recording ‘Échos: Chopin, Granados & Albéniz’ and collectif 9’s ‘Rituæls’ each won Album of the Year Awards in different categories, whilst Charles Richard-Hamelin also won a Concert of the Year Award with violinist Andrew Wan for their performance of Brahms Sonatas, which will be released on Analekta in May 2026.

Trois artistes d’Analekta ont été salués ce week-end lors du 29e Gala des Prix Opus, présenté par le CQM - Conseil québécois de la musique.

L’enregistrement Échos : Chopin, Granados et Albéniz du pianiste Charles Richard-Hamelin, ainsi que Rituæls de collectif 9, ont chacun remporté un Prix Album de l’année dans des catégories distinctes. Par ailleurs, Charles Richard-Hamelin a également remporté un Prix Concert de l’année avec le violoniste Andrew Wan pour leur interprétation des Sonates de Brahms, un enregistrement qui paraîtra chez Analekta en mai 2026.
