Please welcome our very first guest as we dive into one of the most intense and unforgettable experiences of our Japan trip—our time in Aokigahara (Su***de Forest) and the ghost story that unfolded while we were there.

In this episode, Jenica and her husband shares how she worked with Hecate during the journey—
Hecate, the ancient goddess of witchcraft and liminality.

✨🖤 Spooky season magic in full swing! 🖤✨

This week has been such a whirlwind of creativity—Cam and I wrapped up our Two Cackling Witches spooky season podcast series AND had the absolute best time doing a photo shoot with the talented 📸

We explored different locations around beautiful Prince Edward County, tried on all kinds of spooky + festive looks, and leaned right into our favorite season. From witchy woods to playful forest vibes, every moment was laughter, creativity, and a little touch of magic. 🌲🕯️🎃

We can’t wait to share these photos (and episodes!) with you. Spooky season is always our favorite time to let our imagination run wild—thanks for cackling along with us. 🧙‍♀️✨

In this episode 5 of our faery series, we dive deep in the mysteries of the Dryads and Nymphs—feminine faery spirits of the trees, guardians of bark and branch, and keepers of ancient wisdom also little offering you can give the Fae.

We also wander into the realm of other tree-mendous fae, and then ride the waves with the kelpie, the water-horse of legend, and the selkie, the seal who sheds her skin to walk upon the shore. 🌿🌊

✨ Welcome to Two Cackling Witches ✨

Welcome to episode 4 - I believe in faeries/fairies/fae... I do I do I do

The Fae have always been wordsmiths — playful with language, and just as tricky with their names as they are with their magic. Are they fairies? Faeries? Fae? Or perhaps even Faye? However you spell it, their presence has danced through our stories for centuries. 🌿🧚‍♀️

Come cackle with us as we wander between the Seelie and Unseelie Courts. We’ll explore fairy etiquette, how to invite and enchant, and ways to work with the Fae. Along the way, we’ll share folklore and myths — and where we think those roots may have grown from.
