25-year-old Pamela Little has not been heard from since Sept. 1, and may be in the Nanaimo, Chemainus, or North Cowichan area.

There is concern for her safety as she has significant medical issues, including cognitive challenges.

A group of fishermen north of Qualicum Beach were heavily fined last week for violating catch quotas in August 2024. One of the fishermen, Zhong Qi, faced an additional fine for making a false report to a Fisheries officer.
