In light of the heightened awareness surrounding the wildfires currently affecting Canada, it has become abundantly clear that Ontario is now on high alert as well. The situation is increasingly concerning, and we have observed a noticeable uptick in wildfires in our local area. At this time we can thankfully say it is not progressed to the extreme as some places but we want you to know that we are doing everything within our power to keep you informed about all ongoing fires in our community, but there are instances where it becomes nearly impossible to stay completely up to date with the rapidly changing circumstances.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and unwavering support as you continue to follow our page. Our commitment to keeping you informed around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—remains steadfast. However, it’s crucial to recognize that our efforts at the FireRadioDispatched are just one part of a much larger picture.

We would also like to take this moment to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the dedicated individuals who serve as volunteer firefighters, full-time firefighters, captains, lieutenants, chiefs, platoon chiefs, recruits, probies, paramedics, and even members of law enforcement. To all first responders—whether you are actively battling wildfires or providing critical assistance to the community by addressing smoke inhalation issues, issuing evacuation orders, or helping in any way—you are the backbone of our community’s safety. ⚠️Incident Report⚠️
Confirmed vegetation fire with combine
Bloomfield Ontario
July 14 2025 @ 16:15
Lost Stop command terminated @ 19:17

Prince Edward County has dispatched emergency response units, specifically Station 1, Station 2, and Station 7, to the scene located at 2373 County Road 1. This call comes in response to a report indicating that a field is on fire, specifically involving a combine harvester.

Currently, there is limited information available regarding the extent of the fire or any potential hazards associated with the situation. Firefighters are en route to assess the scene and determine the best course of action to manage and contain the blaze.

Given the seriousness of this incident, it is important to note that multiple tanker trucks will be deployed to facilitate water shuttle operations. This strategic move is essential to ensure an adequate and continuous supply of water is available for firefighting efforts. We ask the community to remain vigilant and avoid the area to allow emergency personnel to operate effectively and safely. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Confirmed Structure fire
July 12 2025 @13:25

South Frontenac Fire Rescue has dispatched crews from Station 3 and Station 4, as well as from Station 5 and Station 6, responding to a significant emergency at the residence located at 5292 Road 38. The incident involves a fire that has broken out in a shed, measuring approximately 20 feet by 15 feet. This structure is notably connected to a garage shared between this address and another one on the property, raising concerns about the potential for the fire to spread further.

Upon their arrival at the scene, firefighters from Station 3 quickly confirmed the presence of both smoke and visible flames emanating from the shed. The fire has already progressed and is now threatening to engulf the garage that is directly attached to the shed. Given the severity of the situation, it has been established that two distinct addresses are involved in this confirmed structure fire, which underlines the urgency of the response.

In light of these developments, Station 3 has taken the proactive step of requesting assistance from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to manage traffic in the area. This is crucial not only to ensure the safety of emergency responders but also to facilitate an efficient and effective firefighting operation. The situation is unfolding, and additional resources may be mobilized as needed to bring the fire under control and protect the surrounding structures. Fire crews will continue to assess the situation and implement strategies to mitigate the risks associated with this fire.
