Today we’re wishing the happiest birthday to someone who has been such a huge part of Bloom & Capture Co from the very beginning 🤍

My mom has been behind the scenes at nearly every event, setup, late night prep session and crazy idea helping bring this business to life beside me. From supporting my vision to jumping in wherever needed, she has been one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to continue building this dream.

There truly aren’t enough words to explain how grateful I am for her constant love, support and belief in me!!

If you’ve attended one of our events, chances are you’ve seen her helping make the magic happen too!

A little update 🤍

Over the past little while, I’ve realized I’ve made myself accessible pretty much 24/7 and honestly… it’s starting to catch up with me. Between work, projects, events, content creation and everything happening behind the scenes, I’ve been struggling to create healthy boundaries for myself and my nervous system.

Going forward, I’ll be implementing business hours Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM and responses to emails, inquiries and business messages may take 24–48 business hours.

I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity, message and person who supports what I do, and this change is simply to help me create a healthier balance so I can continue showing up fully and intentionally in both my work and personal life 🤍

Studies show a trip to Topsy Farms to cuddle lambs can significantly reduce stress levels 🐑☀️

I conducted the study myself and can confirm the results were very positive!!🫶🏻

Spent part of today visiting Topsy Farms on Amherst Island and it was such a special experience! Between cuddling lambs, exploring the farm shop and learning more about their foster/adoption program, it’s easy to see why so many people love this place!!

If you’re looking for a unique local summer experience, definitely add Topsy Farms to your list! 🐑🐮

Some really exciting things are coming for Frontenac Cakesicle Co 👀🤍

One thing about me is I LOVE bringing brands to life through intentional content, storytelling & visuals and over the last little while so many people have asked if I offer photography alongside content creation…

and the answer is officially YES!!!

While I’ll absolutely still continue collaborating with talented local photographers, Bloom & Capture Co clients will now also have the option to receive professionally edited branding + launch galleries directly through me🤍

Yesterday’s campaign shoot was such a dream and I cannot WAIT to share more soon 👀🫣
