I have a proven track record of leading operations for large-scale, international, executive-style hotels, increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, minimizing expenses, and maintaining top-level quality standards for guest services. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of hospitality professionals, as an instructor at Fanshawe College, and a senior instructor at Lambton College and Queens College. I teach various courses related to hotel and resort management, tourism trends, human resources, leadership development, operations management, customer relationship management, and more. I enjoy engaging with students, inspiring them to pursue their goals, and providing them with practical and relevant insights from the industry.
