CHINOOKS AND BOOKS IN OLDS -More than 20 Alberta authors converged at Olds Municipal Library on Saturday, Sept. 20 for Chinooks and Books, a family-friendly book fair organized by Olds-area authors Cydnie Trenholm and Heidi Richardson in partnership with the library. Richardson was there launching her new self-published book Ogopogo: A Weird Canadian Tale while Trenholm's Dead and Buried also recently hit shelves. Other authors included Olds' own library manager Lesley Moody and fan-favourte Linda Ford as well as New York Times best-selling romance author Jean Oram and USA Today bestseling author P.D. Workman.

What a great afternoon!

On behalf of all the authors present, thank you so much for joining us this past Saturday. We had such a blast connecting with so many wonderful people; we're truly blessed to have a supportive community!

Another huge thank you to our venue and partner, Olds Municipal Library . It was so fun to be among all the bookshelves and such a gift to offer this new fair to Mountain View County from such an incredible spot!
