The Sitting Labrador Retriever Statue is here!

I couldn't decide which expression I liked more for this one, so I made both😁

There are two versions to choose from, a closed-mouth Lab with a calmer, classic expression, and an open-mouth Lab with that happy, friendly look the breed is known for.

Both share the same relaxed sitting pose, complete with the big paws, sturdy build, and unmistakable Labrador personality.

Right now they're available in my Marble finish, but I'm also thinking about adding Black Lab and Chocolate Lab colour options if there's enough interest!

The gargoyle lineup has another new guardian, the Mastiff Gargoyle!

I wanted this one to feel heavier and more imposing than some of the other breeds in the collection, while still keeping the strong Mastiff features and calm, watchful expression.

The broader build, heavier head, and solid seated pose give this one a very different presence from the slimmer sighthound gargoyles.

One of the biggest TinkerLayer prints yet!

This started as a customer-requested variation of my Cat Gargoyle. The request was for something with more of a Sphynx-inspired look, including larger ears and a curved tail.

And then we decided to make it BIG.

The finished gargoyle stands over 12 inches tall and weighs around 460 grams, making it one of the largest models I've printed so far. The cat itself pushed pretty much the entire available print height of my printer, and the pedestal was printed separately before everything was assembled.

Seeing it next to the original 6" version really puts the size into perspective!

With this print complete, the Cat Gargoyle is now available in three sizes: 5", 6", and the new 12" version.

I always enjoy seeing where customer requests take my designs, especially when they result in something quite a bit different from what I normally make. Thanks for the request and the continued support!

Would you go with the little 5", the standard 6", or the giant 12" gargoyle?

Another chibi keychain is in the works!

This time it’s the Irish Wolfhound.

I’ve been building this one in the same style as my other chibi keychains, keeping the long face and shaggy coat while simplifying the details enough to work well at keychain size.

The design is ready, and I’m planning the first test print near the end of the week once some new dark and light grey comes in.

Any change suggestions before it goes to print?

Not every print makes it to the finish line...

Nothing like waking up first thing in the morning to my daughter announcing:

“Dad! There’s something wrong with the 3D printer!”

She was definitely right. 😂

Failed prints are all part of 3D printing. Time to clean up the build plate, figure out what went wrong, and try again!

At least my morning quality-control inspector is on the job.

Any guesses what this was supposed to be?

The Shelf Lounger series is growing!

Introducing the Irish Wolfhound Shelf Lounger, the latest model in the series I've been working on.

Just like the Whippet Shelf Lounger, this one is designed to perch along the edge of a bookshelf, desk, mantel, or anywhere else that could use a lounging hound. I wanted to keep that relaxed pose while bringing in the Irish Wolfhound's distinctive build and shaggy character.

I'm having a lot of fun expanding this series, and there are plenty more breeds that could work really well in this style.

The Golden Retriever Gargoyle is here!

Another customer request brought a new breed to the gargoyle lineup, this time the Golden Retriever!

This model captures that unmistakable Golden Retriever look while keeping the stone guardian style of my other gargoyle statues. After sharing the 3D render preview, it was time to bring this one to life on the printer.

It's now officially finished and available in the shop!

A new color has joined the Whippet Shelf Lounger lineup!

Silk Bronzeis now available, and I really like how the metallic finish brings out the smooth lines and sculpted details of the whippet.

There’s something about the bronze finish that gives this one a more classic sculpture look, while still keeping that relaxed whippet personality.

Now the important question... what color should I print next?

The Whippet Show Stack Statue is here!

This model was inspired by the classic stacked pose used to show off a whippet’s structure, proportions, and elegant lines in the show ring.

My own two whippets have plenty of show dogs in their family tree, even though they’ve never competed themselves. So I thought it would be fun to create a little tribute to their show pedigree and the beautiful stance of the breed.

The Whippet Show Stack is available now in Marble and Silk Bronze, with more colors to come!
