Effective June 1, 2026, the mosque has relocated from its previous site on McBean Street to:

The new facility will provide a dedicated space for worship, community gatherings, and daily prayers, marking an important milestone for the growing Muslim community in Richmond.

📍 Ottawa Eid Fest will take over the Nepean Sportsplex on Saturday, May 30, featuring shopping, food vendors, kids activities, bouncy castles, and family seating areas across more than 30,000 square feet.

📍 Imam ash-Shafii Centre is organizing an Eid BBQ gathering at Vincent Massey Park with halal BBQ, games, henna, face painting, and community activities.

📍 Alkhan Canada will host the Alkhan Eid Family Festival at Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre, featuring lakeside outdoor festivities, bazaars, inflatables, Arabic BBQ, and family activities.
