With the decade old social media platforms crumbling to dust and falling apart. Like Meta and Twitter... 💀New ones have come to take their places. ✅They seem to be running on similar platforms / ways of doing things as Bluesky. Which Ive been on for about a year and love it. My art studio has taken off on there. It never once did on Meta. 🤩
I know so many people on different devices unable to even access Meta apps half the time. They crash, lag and cache bloats their tech. Big hits on their business accounts too. The messenger crashes. Or live events just poof.😡
🍁The one that made the news tonight was this. I will run on Canadian ratings, no more ancient US ratings. And be set up similar to Bluesky.

Good thing Ive been watermarking my stuff online for mannnnyy years now. Meta steals it too. Even if you do photography, written, or crafts, clothing, video content with real poeple in it, etc. They take it and reuse it for profit.

It has taught me alot, including how to improve my skills and techniques digitally. I have created for clients: logos, custom typography, illustrations, manga pages, graphics, etc.

🤔 When Indeed and LinkedIn send you job offers (I'm not looking right now due to my epilepsy). But they are either 'shadows jobs' aka already been filled or scams.
Or they want 1 PERSON to become the whole art department design + marketing team and do: graphic design, website design, UX/UI and video editing all in one. 😵‍💫🥴😬😤 Work is time sensative and strict on deadlines.
Its like hiring 1 person to perform a complex medical surgery, perform all the tasks on your own at the same time.
HR and companies like these... have NO IDEA how the digital art field works. Many veteran people in the field find it nonsense too.

My submisson Phoenix Soul for the 2025 BIST (Toronto, Canada) Online and In-Person Gallery. For Art on the Brain: Expressive Art Show.
It starts today! Its for Brain Injury Survivors.
Submission Meaning: "The Golden Eagle guides me to pull up, out of the shadows of my inner darkness, shadow self. Back into the light by representing as a phoenix. The medicine begins to transform my soul as a spark, to become a new version of myself. And to continue to do so, during my on-going recovery."

Created using Clip Studio Paint. Digital and Printed on Canvas versions for the Online and In-Person parts of the gallery shows.
