As a busy REALTOR, what if you never had to think about social media again?

You're slammed. Back-to-back showings, client calls, paperwork, deals closing. Social media isn't top of mind because you genuinely don't have the bandwidth.

Here's the thing: your feed doesn't need you to think about it. It just needs to exist. Consistently. While you're closing deals.

That's what I handle. Graphics. Captions. Posting. Market data that actually converts. Done-for-you. Running on autopilot.

No "What do I post today?" Just results. Your feed stays active. Your clients see you. Leads come in.

If you're ready to delegate this and actually get your life back, DM me. I'll show you exactly what that looks like.

REALTORS, your real estate calendar just shifted from chaos to even more chaos!

Summer was scattered. Kids everywhere, long weekends, the whole market at the beach and you’re still working and showing and taking care of your clients, just nobody had rhythm.

Then Labour Day hits.
School’s back. Your buyers show up. Your sellers get serious.

You know fall’s no joke. You know you should be posting more. And you probably don’t want to think about it.

So don’t. 😏

That’s literally what I do. I handle your socials so you can actually sell houses.

DM me and I’ll show you what that looks like.

Your phone lock screen tells me what kind of REALTOR you are.

Nobody curates their lock screen. You fuss over your feed and your headshot, but this one just happens. That’s why it gives you away.

1. A listing you’re proud of. It sold in March and it’s still there.

2. The default wallpaper. You’ve never had to market a day in your life.

3. Your dog. Who’s been to more showings than most new agents.

4. A vacation photo from 2019. You answered more emails than you’ll admit from that beach.

5. A screenshot of a lockbox code. Your camera roll is your CRM.

6. A photo of your kids. Who have absolutely answered your work phone.

Which one are you? Drop your answer below 👇

And tag the agent in your office who’s still rocking a vacation photo from 2019. Cause they need my help.

(I’m number 6. She’s a grown adult with her own career, but she’s still my kid. 😍)

One of my clients is on vacation right now. Different continent, phone barely on, except to snap some pics of course!

The Bank of Canada made an announcement this morning and her account posted about it right away. Her graphic, her market, her voice, and it was up in her Stories before lunch.

She didn’t have to think about it once. She didn’t have to worry about whether her clients would stay informed.

And honestly that’s the part of this job nobody talks about. It’s not the pretty graphics.

It’s having someone paying attention to your business on the days you’re too busy to worry about what gets posted. When you’re showing houses, or sitting with clients, or finally taking a day off.

Because you’re allowed to have a life. Your business just shouldn’t go quiet every time you do.

That’s the whole thing, really. 🔑

If you’re curious what that would look like for your account, send me a message! I’m here to help.

Creating social media content shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.

If you’re waking up every morning trying to figure out what to post, you don’t have a lack of ideas, you just have a lack of a system.

Instead of stressing over a massive 30-day calendar, focus on batching one week at a time using four simple buckets:
• 📍 Local & community highlights
• 🏡 Listings & market updates
• ☕ Personal behind-the-scenes
• 💡 Educational tips for buyers & sellers

The key is flexibility: aim for 3 to 5 feed posts a week. 3 posts keeps your presence consistent and active, while 5 is great for growth. Drop simple daily stories to keep your audience engaged behind the scenes, and your content pipeline is fully covered without taking over your life.

Or... you could completely hand the strategy, design, and ex*****on off to me. Consider me your personal content autopilot so you can focus on closing deals.

Humor and relatability are what turn silent scrollers into loyal followers. 🎬✨

You don’t always need complex scripts to build a brand, sometimes you just need to show the real, funny, behind-the-scenes moments every buyer and seller secretly wonders about.

Save this post for your next content batching day! Which spot are you filming your “Looking like I’m in a toxic relationship” video at first? 😆

Two Instagram Reel trends Realtors can jump on right now.

And the best part? You probably already have everything you need.

No extra filming.
No new outfit.
No “content day.”

Just footage you’ve already captured from your actual day + the right text overlay.

I’m sharing 2 Reel trends that are easy to adapt for real estate, the “kinda chic” trend and the “how life sounds when…” trend.

Which one are you trying first? 👇

“Kinda chic” or “how life sounds when…”?

And yes… Part 2 is coming with the punchline trends. Follow along so you don’t miss it. 🔑

If you’ve ever bought a template pack, this one’s for you.

Instagram expanded its originality rules in April, photos and carousels now, not just video, and it’s judged across your whole account on a rolling 30 days rather than post by post.

Here’s what this means. It means the parts that carry the meaning actually came from you:
→ your listing photo instead of the stock one
→ one line of your own take in the text
→ your face in the mix somewhere each week

If you’re doing those, you’re fine. If your last 30 days are mostly untouched graphics, that’s what’s worth some time this week.

And if time on your social accounts isn’t happening, that’s the part I can take off your plate. DM me and let’s connect!

Instagram’s biggest signal right now isn’t likes. It’s sends.

As in… how many people cared enough to forward your post to someone else.

Mosseri’s been saying it all year, and most agents are still posting like it’s 2019.
So here’s the test for every post: would a real buyer send this to their partner?

“What is a home inspection” ❌
“The new bakery that just opened on Main St” ✅
“Just listed, 3 bed 2 bath” ❌
“The house with the porch you’d actually sit on” ✅

Be honest — which one was your last post? ❌ or ✅ 👇

And if you know exactly what you should be posting but you’re too busy actually selling homes to do it — that’s the part I handle. Send me a DM and let’s talk about getting your content done for you.
