Last week, I had the chance to attend and host a few impromptu interviews with some incredible guests — and I’m so excited to share the first one with you!

My day kicked off with Hannah from , and what an honour it was. Fresh off graduation, Hannah dove straight into entrepreneurship and launched a beautiful at-home Montessori childcare community. What she’s built is not only inspiring — it’s still sticking with me.

Our short and sweet conversation is just a glimpse into the impact she’s making. It was clear from the way others spoke about her that Hannah is already a powerful force in her community. Her website and Instagram are full of amazing resources for parents, and honestly — she’s just getting started.

Keep an eye on her. Big things are coming. 💫

This week’s interview was with Melissa A with .bmc.energy - a former gym owner turned hypnotherapist who’s on a mission to make healing with self love accessible to everyone.

We chatted about body image, self love, and how hypnotherapy helps uncover the root causes of our struggles. Melissa shares how childhood experiences shape our beliefs, and why entrepreneurs often battle with confidence.

After our chat, I had the opportunity to do a full hypnotherapy session, and I cannot thank Melissa enough for the incredible work we did together, and what is going to come from our session. I would suggest those thinking about trying a session to reach out to Melissa.

Yesterday I got to spend the day at the Gathering at , and it was exactly the inspiration I needed.

Heather at has created a movement for rural women entrepreneurs to bloom. I feel honoured to be apart.
I was able to make several new friends, meet old virtual friends in person, and meet so many inspiring women creators sharing their stories.

I also had the opportunity to sit with 4 women creators and share their stories for 4 upcoming episodes!
I sat with , , .inc, and . I can’t wait to share their stories with you!

The most important take away I took from yesterday was that : when it feels like you have imposter syndrome, that is when you are about to grow. Lean into it that feeling, don’t let it stop you.

Sara is a powerhouse in Saugeen Shores, and it was an honour to be able to chat with her about why it is so important to support the businesses in your community.
Southampton’s downtown is under construction this summer, but that is no excuse to not visit all the shops and restaurants in the downtown core! The Southampton shops have fun incentives all summer, so I can’t wait to see you down there! 💙💜

This one is for the dog lovers! Melissa owns , the doggy daycare just around the corner! I thought I knew Melissa from our kids sports, but until this interview, I had no idea the knowledge and experience she really brings to the community. She is a valuable asset for the dogs (and their humans) in Saugeen Shores, and an innovative business owner for the rest of us.

I recorded this interview on Monday! I was lucky enough to experience Carly’s contrast therapy during a morning session with a cold plunge, and sauna. Afterwards we sat in her beautiful front lawn in Oliphant and recorded this episode (you can hear the birds chirping the whole time!).
I love Carly’s excitement for collaboration, and her promotion of bringing other businesses in the area together to create wellness and bonding experiences for Bruce County.
This episode is calming, peaceful and informative. Enjoy.
