Have you ever wondered…
Is this normal?
Is it normal that I still think about drinking sometimes even though I know my life is better without it?
Is it normal that some social situations still feel weird?
Is it normal to miss parts of my old life AND not want it back?
Is it normal that quitting drinking didn’t magically fix everything?
Is it normal that I’m changing and some of my relationships aren’t changing with me?
Is it normal that I don’t really know who I am without some of the things I used to do?
Am I the only one who feels like this?
This is one of the reasons community is so important when you’re sober, sober-curious, or questioning your relationship with alcohol.
Because sometimes you don’t need another tool.
You need to sit in a room with other women and hear:
“Oh my god. Me too.”
You need somewhere you can ask the question you’ve been quietly wondering about.
Somewhere you can talk about the weird, uncomfortable, amazing, lonely, exciting parts of changing your life with people who actually understand what you’re talking about.
That’s what our Wednesday Community Call is for.
We’re not sitting around talking about alcohol for an hour.
We’re talking about life ... relationships, stress, identity, boundaries, work, emotions, habits, the hard s**t, the good s**t, and what happens when you’re trying to navigate all of it without automatically reaching for a drink.
And it’s completely free.
Every Wednesday at 8PM EST on Zoom.
If you’re a woman who’s sober, sober-curious, or questioning your relationship with alcohol, you’re welcome here.
Facilitated by a certified coach (me) with 6.5 years of continuous sobriety and a very real understanding of what life after drinking actually looks like.
Comment COMMUNITY and I’ll send you the details.
