I finally got around to adding some bright colours to our front door. 😍 Every front door deserves a little dress up time! Colourful faux flowers (so there are no real flowers harmed in the making of things 😆) always have a home here lolol.

Oh yeah, and i added rhinestones. Because of course I wanted random leaves and petals to shimmer in the light…why the frig not?! ✨🌺

Since I’ve been medically off work, remembering that I actually do have something to offer the world is one of the toughest mind warps for me. My productivity is based on my cognitive capacity nowadays, and b’ys oh b’ys, does it ever get tested!

I did not take this lightly! My art representing someone else’s writing? I’m so touched and I’m also VERY proud of myself for, once again, working through the “it’s not bad, trust the process” steps.

My name is Heather Dominie, I have an acquired invisible disability with chronic symptoms, and I made art that’s now on a book cover. 🥹

(Damn…new perspective for “don’t judge a book by its cover”…🤔😅)

A new blog/article by the JAG Hotel features one of my favourite photographers, Sandra-Lee | Sandra-Lee Photography. 📸

Her ability to capture live music performances (and literally anything else) is true and pure art. If you've been to the JAG, you've seen her sensational work, which in my opinion, is the cherry on top of the hotel's interior designs.

I've been fortunate enough to have a couple photo shoots with Sandra-Lee, circa 13 years ago...it's just very UNNNfortunate that the shoots were with an ex, and for an event-that-should-not-have-been. 💀Therefore, in my head, those photos do not exist anymore. Except, like, two of me with horses...which I've edited-out a person, with permission lmao.
