We found the one puddle out there… and the rest was snow stomping while we wait for spring puddles to arrive. 😂❄️

I’ve done a LOT of solo travelling with my little travel buddies Leona and George 🤍✈️
Military family life means when we fly, it’s usually to see family and W e’re often booking last-minute flights and working around very specific dates 😅
We’ve been flying Porter domestically lately and it’s honestly been such a positive experience (they even helped sort our seats over the phone + gave each kid extra snacks 🙌).
Now I need your recs 👇

Water has always been part of our story—woven into both our childhoods, always calling us back. Grateful for another summer at our favourite place, and watching Leona and George fall in love with the lake just like we did. Can’t wait to get back!🌊 🛶 ☀️ 🌲

At 8 months George was crawling up a storm, was clapping and waving. He weighed 24lbs.

At 9 months George was walking with his walker. Playing with his sister, chatting more and more. He weighed 25lbs

At 10 months George is standing, dancing, adding Grandma and Grandpa, tractor and purple to his repertoire of words. Really amazing to see Leona and George interacting so much more. He’s a big guy in size 6 diapers, 2T/3T clothing and weighing 26lbs.

We love our sweet George Patrick 🤍

IIt’s been a really cool experience to share my passion for art with my sweet daughter Leona 🎨

She’s always enjoyed colouring and drawing, but her love of painting began when she was around a year and a half. She would add colour to my neutral pieces, then started to blend those colours, and now is working with plaster to create beautiful, textured pieces- creating her own works of art.

At the end of July Leona and I had the opportunity to be apart of Sale - her first show!

Leona was in her glory! Walking around to see all of the other displays, painting rocks, visiting with community members, friends and family. Seeing her showing people her work and telling them the names she had given them was pretty sweet. 10 of her paintings found new homes.

It was such a special experience to share with my sweet little girl 🤍
