A few months ago, I was exhausted all the time. Sleep was rough, my weight was up, and even short walks felt like too much.
My sister-in-law (who’s a doctor) sent me an article about a mineral hardly anyone in Canada knows about yet. It’s connected to metabolism and weight loss. I decided to try it: twice a day, every day.
Within 2 weeks, I noticed more energy. Now, 9 weeks in, the weight’s coming off steadily and I finally feel like myself again. I’ll put the article in the comments – it might help someone else too if the promo is still active
