Engagement is so important with social media!

A great tip is to make a point of checking out your pages and answering questions, liking comments, and thanking positive reviews.

Did you know that February is Heart Month?

Cardiovascular disease, research and awareness is a cause that is near and dear to me as I have many people in my life who are cardiac warriors! This is something that I share with my other adventure, Loving Expressions, every single year.

We all have something that we believe strongly in. Whether its cancer research, environmental issues, anti-bullying, or heart health, sharing support in the causes you believe in not only helps spread awareness, but it shows depth in your business and you as a business owner.

Share. Educate. Support. 😊

This weeks Tuesday Tip is a "Don't Do" tip...

When it comes to our social media pages, we really want to avoid posting too much promotion of our business. Yes, posting about your brand is important, but we do want to find an engaging balance with our followers!

Have fun finding some non-promotional posts! There are so many ideas out there.

It's funny, I spend so much time working on our friends websites and helping with their social media that I forget to take the time to work on my own! This is the website for my other passion, Loving Expressions.

Loving Expressions is a handmade studio in rural Alberta. With greeting cards inspired by the words of love they carry, and jewelry inspired by the beauty of nature, each piece from our studio is meant to spread the joys of life around us.

While starting work on a logo and a website for a new client (ooh, I'm so excited!), the question swirling through my head is about fonts. While different fonts do serve different purposes, I started to question peoples personal preferences. What kind of fonts do they prefer... and why?

Todays social media tip- using a planner!

There are so many tools out there that can save you time by allowing you to pre-schedule your social media!

For example, it's currently January 26 at 12:31 and I'm preparing a few different posts to go up in the next few weeks! 😀
