Stronger Than The Storm Elgin A not-for-profit corporation located in St. Thomas, Ontario serving Elgin County. We are a Not For Profit Outreach Group.

Our mission is to offer kindness and support to people experiencing mental illness and their support networks. We provide opportunities for individuals in our community to participate in activities and events designed to build self-esteem, one's internal sense of worth and value, and self-confidence, the belief in their own skills and abilities. Our hope is that every person comes to realize that

they are loved, they are beautiful, they are enough, and they are stronger than any storm on their journey.

I hope everyone was able to come by and enjoy the music, the crafts, the games, and the mural painting at the Community Stage this weekend. Here are some pictures of the progression of the 'Creating Connections' Mural. Diane got us started with painting the first square. Thank you Diane! It will be great to see who paints the last square :) ...We would like to thank you all for your participation; your questions; your interest. Please check in to see when/where we will continue painting the rest of the mural (as we still have 1,902 squares left to cover!)
