Being your own boss brings a lot of challenges and uncertainty. But it also brings a freedom you won't get in a regular 9-5.

Being able to walk Liam to daycare without rushing to "punch a time clock" is a perfect example. ( Check out his new ride 😜 grateful for insurance 💸)

Also being able to be present for his surgery this week without having to beg for time off or hear your boss say behind your back that your "life is too chaotic " 🤣...welcome to parenting a neurodivergent/ non-verbal child 🤷

I don't mind the hustle, it can be a lot of fun...but I also won't say no to referrals 😜

I may be quiet this week as I help our boy through surgery/recovery...but I also likely won't be sleeping much so feel free to reach out 😜

Forever grateful for my clients and the freedom of flexibility my family needs ♥️

Life's too short for boring earrings! 😜

One of the biggest motivators to working for myself was my kids ♥️ Being a working parent is hard enough...add to that all the things that go with special needs/ neurodivergent parenting...and a 9-5 is almost impossible.

Sometimes I doubt myself and my choices, but days like today when Liam needed to come home from daycare after just 2 hours reminded me why I started this business. I didn't need to ask permission or apologize for missing work...I just went and got him when he needed me.

Always trust your gut and take the leap. ♥️😊
