This year I have made it a consistent habit to track my spending. I've kept my credit card balances at $0 every month, I've paid everything on time, I know my exact income from all of my income sources, and I know where every penny is going.

My goal it to know 110% where my money is going without guessing. I've tracked meticulously using a debt tracking sheet I purchased off of Etsy, but it wasn't quite detailed enough for what I wanted to do.

So... I'm working on an in depth budget google sheet that you'll eventually be able to download for free from my blog! I'm working on making a blank version with instructions that I will make readily available to anyone wanting to put in the work to becoming more financially responsible.

The best ways to know when it's available:
🍗 is to sign up for my email list through my website www.christinaburkeblogs.com
🍗 Join my Facebook Group: The Growth Collective
🍗 Follow This page

Trying to squeeze yourself into a niche as a multipassionate person is like wearing shoes that are 2 sizes too small: eventually it just hurts.

Something that quietly shapes almost everything we build: consistency. The simple act of showing up regularly and letting small actions compound over time applies to so many things in life, but seems particularly difficult to do - especially when it comes to creating content or running a business.

I've struggled for a long time to stay consistent. I've fought with niching down, but I'm a multi-passionate person that wants to do it all, so forcing myself to cut it down to one or two things was suffocating and uninspiring. I also struggle with perfectionism. If it's not perfect the way I want it from the get go, then there's no point.
I've overcome a lot of this by throwing out the rule book, doing what I want, enjoying the process and setting up systems for myself.

This piece is the start of a series of posts where I'll eventually be sharing the tools and strategies I'm using to stay consistent. Here I'm touching on why it's important.

Who else struggles with consistency?

Consistency is the secret behind long-term success. Learn how small daily actions compound into powerful results in business, creativity, and personal growth.

This space is built around one core idea: Growth: both personally and professionally.

But instead of putting myself into a tiny “niche box,” this blog reflects the reality of being a multi-passionate human navigating life, business, and creativity all at once.

Here’s what you’ll find on the blog:
💼 Business
Personal branding, marketing, building networks, and the systems that help ideas turn into real things.

🌿 Health & Wellness
Honest conversations about mental health, nervous system regulation, habits, and taking care of ourselves while we grow - specifically PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, and Anxiety.

🎨 Creativity
Design, workbooks, templates, creative projects, and the process behind making things that will help you on your own journey.

✨ Fun / Play
Pop culture, books, beauty, random curiosities, and the things that make life interesting.

This isn’t a “perfect guru” blog.
It’s more of a documented journey.
I’ll be sharing what I’m learning, what’s working, what isn’t, and the stories and lessons that come from building things, trying things, and figuring life out as I go.

If you’re someone who cares about growing, learning, creating, and building a life that feels aligned, you’ll probably feel at home here.

Thanks for being here from the beginning 💗
