Build by 2 brothers Raven and Julian Rorick, Big's Rib Rig is a giant barbecue smoker built from a propane tank. This massive BBQ is mobile and has a built in kitchen ready to serve pretty much anywhere! The ribs cooked in the BBQ heated by dry alder wood and the smoke comes out of 2 chimneys at the top of the smoker. The main attraction is the delicious pork ribs with a home made BBQ sauce, but t

here is also other foods served as well such as pulled pork on a bun, coleslaw, potato salad, and beans (stay tuned for updates on events and the menu). The rib rig has been at the Edge of the World Music Festival, Haida Heritage Center anniversary celebrations, and the opening of Spirit Square.Also Big's Rib Rig will be featured on the television show Flavours of the West Coast in November.
