Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

I honestly think moms carry way more than people even realize sometimes.

Not just physically either. Mentally. Emotionally. Energetically. Just… always thinking. Always making sure everyone’s okay. Always trying to hold things together even when they’re tired themselves.

And a lot of it happens quietly.

The overstimulation.
The worrying.
The pressure.
The guilt when you feel like you need a break.
Trying not to lose yourself while also trying to be there for everybody else all the time.

I think a lot of moms got so used to carrying things that they almost forget how much they actually do.

So today I just hope moms slow down a little and actually let themselves feel appreciated instead of just continuing into the next thing that needs to get done.

To the biological moms, step moms, adoptive moms, grandmas, the women raising kids while also healing themselves at the same time… Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Everything just feels a bit fresher this time of year… more open, a little lighter, easier to move forward. So I wanted to reflect that in the shop too.

I’ve put out a full selection of bracelets for a Spring Refresher Sale. Different stones, different sizes, all pieces you can just come in, try on, and see what you’re naturally drawn to.

Bracelets were regularly $28 to $33, Spring Refresher Sale $16 each or 2 for $30.00 (with the exception of the Rose Quartz bracelets which are $11 each)

Only one small and one large left of the rose quartz.

Sometimes it’s not about needing something… it’s just about finding the piece that feels right when you put it on.

If you’ve been pouring your energy into everyone else, let’s anchor that back in with rose quartz. It doesn’t need to be a whole big thing. You don’t have to sit there for 20 minutes or do it perfectly. Just start simple.

Take your rose quartz and hold it once a day. Even if it’s just for a minute. While you’re holding it, just think or say something like, “my energy comes back to me.” That’s it. Keep it easy and real, like you’re actually talking to yourself.

Then just carry that awareness with you a bit. Like if you notice you’re overgiving, overexplaining, or doing that thing where you stretch yourself too far for someone… just catch it. You don’t have to fix it right away. Just noticing it already starts to change it.

At the end of the day, take a minute and think back. Where did your energy go today? Where did you give too much? No judging yourself, just seeing it clearly.

That’s how you start pulling your energy back without forcing anything.

Rose quartz isn’t just about being soft and loving to everyone else. It’s also about staying with yourself while you do that. That’s the part that actually changes things.
