I'm excited to announce my Christmas Title, Santa's Birds will be available in October. I do have a limited number of copies coming from the printer and they are slated to arrive the first week of October. In order to ensure your copy and avoid disappointment, please pre-order. You will get a signed copy of Santa's birds as well as a bookmark. I will only be doing one small print run this year. Your support will keep Seaweed publishing in business into 2026 and beyond. Santa's Birds is going through the printing process and will arrive in early October. More details about an exciting launch is in the works.

As with Blinders, I have used Friesens, a printer in Manitoba, for this work. A couple of people have reached out about the cover of Blinders coming loose so I, in turn, reached out to Friesens. They said that the shipment goes through a rigorous inspection but there are times that a few "spoils" might make it through. If it is more widespread than a few, I'll reach out again. Let me know at Ida Linehan Young if you have issues that need correcting.

If you want to find out more about Friesens you can see they are well established (since 1907), used by many local publishing companies, and I can confirm are great to work with.
